আয়কর আইন, ২০২৩ এর ধারা ২৬৫(১) অনুসারে ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানে সহজে দৃষ্টিগোচর হয় এইরূপ কোনো স্থানে আয়কর রিটার্ন দাখিলের প্রমাণপত্র প্রদর্শন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে। উক্ত ধারা অমান্য করলে ধারা ২৬৫(২) অনুসারে সর্বনিম্ন ২০,০০০ টাকা থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত জরিমানা আরোপ করার বিধান রয়েছে। মানিকগঞ্জ জেলার সকল উপজেলায় ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠানের দৃশ্যমান স্থানে আয়কর রিটার্ন দাখিলের প্রমাণপত্র প্রদর্শন সংক্রান্ত বিধানের পরিপালন নিয়মিত যাচাই করা হবে।
